GENERAL INFORMATION
Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional
person $50/night.
Cleaning Fee
A one-time charge of $80-$125 (depending on length of stay). We require a separate refundable security deposit for all
properties: The amount shall be determined on an individual
basis. This security deposit is used for any damage
(unintentional or otherwise) to the property or its contents,
excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, evidence of smoking, lost
keys or occupancy beyond agreed number of people. The security
deposit will be returned upon departure less charges for any
of the above items. Each unit is initially supplied with various paper products,
bath and kitchen soap and basic kitchen condiments. We do not
provide re-stocking of these supplies during your stay.
Minimum stay 2 weeks For longer stays, please contact us
for a quote. Prices and terms are subject to
change without notice. CANCELLATION POLICY
A 45-day notice of cancellation is required prior to
scheduled arrival for deposit refunds, less a $150 cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is within 30-days of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. A credit will be given for future stays within one year (based upon availability) on forfeited deposit.
For all other cancellations beyond 45-days, deposits will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds or adjustments after
arrival.

Driving
Directions From Oakland International Airport: Follow signs to hwy 880. Take 880 north towards downtown Oakland and Berkeley/Sacramento. Highway 880 turns into hwy 80 heading towards Berkeley. Exit at the University Avenue exit. On this exit you will have two immediate choices; either University Avenue or the Frontage Road. Take the Frontage Road to Cedar street and turn right. Travel up Cedar about 1.7 miles to Bonita street and turn left. We are located in the middle of the second block of Bonita at 1420. Look for a two story, rose colored house, with a large pine tree in front. We Are Located
