GENERAL INFORMATION
Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy.
Each additional person $50/night.
Bookings over holidays may be surcharged, depending upon length of stay. Generally, a range of 10-15 percent is charged.
Cleaning Fee
A one-time charge of $80-$125 (depending on length of stay).
Refundable Security Deposit
We require a separate refundable security deposit for all properties: The amount shall be determined on an individual basis. This security deposit is used for any damage (unintentional or otherwise) to the property or its contents, e.g. excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, evidence of smoking or any lingering penetrating odors, lost keys or occupancy beyond agreed number of people. The security deposit will be returned shortly after departure less any charges, if applicable.
Supplies
Each unit is initially supplied with various paper products,
bath and kitchen soap and basic kitchen condiments. We do not
provide re-stocking of these supplies during your stay.

We do not serve breakfast, and we are not a B&B.
Personal checks / bank drafts and cash accepted (no credit cards).

CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot change the duration of your stay once we have received the booking deposit.

A 45-day notice of cancellation is required prior to
scheduled arrival for deposit refunds, less a $150 cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is within 30-days of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. A credit will be given for future stays within one year (based upon availability) on forfeited deposit.

For all other cancellations beyond 45-days, deposits will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds or adjustments after
arrival.

Driving
Directions
From SFO International Airport: take hwy 101 towards
downtown San Francisco and Hwy 80. Follow the signs to the Bay
Bridge. Cross the Bay Bridge (toll-free direction) and stay on
hwy 80 towards Berkeley. Exit at the University Avenue exit-stay
to the right on this exit and take the Frontage Road. Follow
the Frontage Road to Cedar Street (about 3 blocks) and turn
right. Travel up Cedar about 1.7 miles to Bonita street and
turn left.
From Oakland International Airport: Follow signs to hwy
880. Take 880 north towards downtown Oakland and
Berkeley/Sacramento. Highway 880 turns into hwy 80 heading
towards Berkeley. Exit at the University Avenue exit. On this
exit you will have two immediate choices; either University
Avenue or the Frontage Road. Take the Frontage Road to Cedar
street and turn right. Travel up Cedar about 1.7 miles to Bonita
street and turn left.
